Opening

We open with Usagi looking through the mall looking for Moki

Inside the remnants of the knife shop, Nathan is looking through the residual stock to see if there's anything he can use with his gun.

Usagi sees him and asks about someone with black hair who works in the mall and asks about the route. He answers as best he can. though is short.

He also agrees to help.

After a while of chatting, the two are approached by a mall cop who tries to stop us from looting. During the commotion, a dragon-born approaches, they have mushrooms all over their body and a medical cane despite a lack of need

They attempt to cast charm person on the cop, who is not affected, and then they cast moon beam on them. He burns but a small lit object can be seen on his hip. Upon seeing this, the dragon-born apologizes and recognizes them.

The mall cop reveals himself to be green. The dragon-born reveals themselves as Circeth

Circeth takes us back to their shop in private.

Green mentions to Circeth that they need to join the resistance. Their shop will be taken eventually. They agree but say that the colony is not ready yet, and it will be ill timed. They also explain to Nathan and Usagi that the mall is overrun by degenerates. Green chimes in stating that the mall has been taken over by the crypto guys who drain the magic of the area by putting it in tokens

After this exchange, Green hands over 15k in cash to close out the tab of the rest of the Shadow Wizard Money Gang. They recognize the meaning of this and only take a part of this money, pushing the rest back to Green. Green also buys a hookah.

Circeth in this recognition, accepts to join Green. Green pushes the money back. This time they take it.

Calico Works

Eventually, we all make our way to CalicoWorks, which has just been founded yesterday. The party walks through the parking lot and sees the fixed up shopping carts Moki worked on and eventually make it in.

They are greeted by the gnome ghost who lets us in after we introduce ourselves.

We hear tinkering in the building. Circeth has started vibing in a chair. Nathan and Usagi investigate the tinkering to find Ken. We chat a little and mention meeting a boss lady

As he goes off, we see Skab who is in sleep mode and manage to wake him. Nathan convinces Usagi to ask about Moki as maybe other people here have information.

Usagi learns that she just missed Moki and that others here know her. Likewise, that Moki worked at the adventuring company -- kinda.

Circeth is planning on moving into the Toys 'R' Us and is looking for a place to plant their mushrooms.

Usagi asks Skab about the benefits joining the agency and trying to catch up to see what Moki's been up to.

As we chat, eventually we hear from Circeth's phone, the voice of Jay Eezy. They tell us about how they intend to get involved in the war against the cryptobros.

Nathan pipes in and joins in.

Skab reassures Usagi that Moki will be back. He also informs her that he was kinda the reason Moki went into the route.

During this discussion we eventually sense something weird in the air, and hear the sounds of marching and chanting. Nathan, Skab, and Circeth all head out prepared to fight. Usagi stays inside, scared.

Kimmy chucks an axe down from the roof and kills 3 legionaries. Nathan takes a shot at the main one.

We eventually clear out the legionaries and eat the captain. Katrina shows up and Nathan asks if she wants some
